In favor of a fair tax on consumer goods. Local taxes could still apply to cover local expenses.
My top priority is addressing our national debt. This would be addressed by adding a balanced budget amendment, repealing the 16th amendment which created the IRS in favor of a fair tax, term limits for all federally elected posts and an anti-subsidy amendment. Additionally, I would work to address our unfunded liabilities with Medicare and Social Security. The second priority is improving academic performance by working to add private educational options to compete with the current public system.
